Well, here is my first blog of 2020 so lets "Rev this up" In a retro-futuristic world based on the consumerist life styles of the average american. These cars are all based on the concept cars of yesteryear and the decaying brethren of the late 50's and 60's.  This "smart car" is as small like ours but it drives as well ( fig.1 ) BOSUZOKU CARS, MODS AND RAT RODS  Due to the Japanese-american culture clashing with the all-american culture gave birth to a new breed of car racing with the use of modified cars such as this one ( fig.2 ). Rat rods are a form of racing that is truly american within its concept, modified cars that have been designed just to go faster. The Japanese modify such cars to look flashy as well as go fast in a drift race or street race. Birds Of Prey's Computers and Data Storage So in the web-comic there will be a degeneracy in how data is stored and accessed. First of all the machines will be much more retrograded to the older machines that you would be seeing in older times but still hold as much as any modern SSD or flash drive in our modern age. They may look old but they access data as quickly. Tape and Reel-to-Reel data storage In the late 50's the use of magnetic tape became more common as the the use of it becomes more used to store data in magnetic tape reels and eventually spools that were introduced in 1974 with the IBM 3850 Mass storage systems (Fig.1), and later the tape cartridges with the 3480 Fig.1  But the most iconic ones are those massive Reel-To-Reel tape spools that you'd see in old TV shows, movies and in offices from the late 20th century.  Hello everyone, sorry for abandoning this blog tho I think I've been out of this place for quite some time. So a quick update on "Birds Of Prey", the series is now going to be novelized. Think something along the lines of a book with many paragraphs with some illustrations . I know one of my friends have confidence in my comic making process but as of now I'm much too busy to be working on comics at this point. For now the series will possibly come in the form of comic strips and "Book One" of the series coming hopefully in early 2023 for sure. (Not sure but I hope I could have it worked on despite procrastination & delays)
