Birds of Prey: The Neo Hippies
I was assuming he was one of those folks that were molded by the subculture of vaporwave and "anti-consumerism",in the same way how psychedelic rock brought the hippies , then vaporwave brought Taidana seikō or "lazy fucks" They are called "Neo-hippies" by English speakers.
Though most of their ideologies that they follow might sound like upright Communism, they believe in fixing the corrupted systematic companies. Others feel like through an upright assassination of the CEO would fix everything. Even though most of the Taidana seikō are peaceful protesters some of them are violent due to the over-usage of drugs or just upright determination to fix the problem that they see placed in front of them. Some of the Taidana seikō are apart of the older dying Hippie culture that went under at the near end of the 20th century, and decided to hop aboard or sometimes ex-members of bouzouku gangs.
The Mirai Shakai
The subculture of the Taidana seikō are of cores the fashionable, overoptimistic party animals that are seen in studio 54 and any nightclub Friday through Sundays. The Mirai Shakai, they are an subculture influenced by the electronic sound of Future Funk. This group is more focused on their culture and not the primary problem of the mega corporations, the majority are young teenagers just like the Taidana seikō, but they are more focused on the party and the music. They themselves are more laid back then the Taidana seikō and are more concentrated on who drinks the most shots, who can bust out the best moves or get laid with every girl in their group.
It may sound like an wonderful time of Drugs , sex and all night partying but there are some groups believe they are above the law. Pretty soon most of them would be behind bars from playing "the knock-out game" or dead from gang violence on other territories. They seem nice, but its not an nice experience after the parties, course there are even some incidents where one would go jumping off an highway bridge thinking they could fly in spite of the copious amounts of drugs they consume on an weekend's night. There are some that are unlucky enough to end up being ran over by an bus in Time Square.
The Mirai Shakai may seem like an trip on the so-called "Easy street" which some adolescent New Yorkers strive to find in the harsh backwaters of the modern era, one who doesnt have street smarts wouldn't survive the nightlife
Unlike classic hippies they don’t complain as much and will still work but they are more of "were against the consumerist ideologies of your generation" basing their ideologies on the anti-consumerist messages of vaporwave and the ideological fact that most of the "Neo-Hippies" are apart of the working class and some of the upper elite culture; rejecting what they have been born into. Some of these groups are even separated by factions as well, some doing protest over the complaints on over-consumerism to company CEOs and major industrialist.
